Twenty years in one market.
McHugh's Residential Construction has been building in the Tampa Bay area for more than twenty years. We've stayed residential and we've stayed local. That's deliberate. Twenty years in the same three counties means we know which inspectors want what, which suppliers deliver when they say they will, and which subs show up. That knowledge doesn't transfer — it's the whole reason a local builder beats a regional one on a complicated job.
